Northwood Piers models are categorized in two ways. Based on the shape of the dock cover, there are wide, T-end, and straight dock models. Variations in the foundation and frame include the traditional round log pole pier, pontoon pier, and trestle pier.
The piers in the Tahoe collection feature a plush T-section that widens at the end, providing a deck ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the summer ambiance. A double T-end or multiple additional sections can be added to the head part, further increasing the surface area of the head.
The piers from the Kenai collection are straight and versatile, suitable for various uses such as mooring boats, swimming, fishing, and other summer activities.
The Kenai collection can also be crafted in a traditional style using round log poles or A-shaped trestles, which can be removed for the winter if needed.
The delivery of pier packages includes deck planks, fasteners, frame accessories, poles/pontoons/pier trestles, and anchorages. Additional equipment can be arranged separately. Typically, orders also include a turnkey installation service for the pier.
The Alaska is a wide pier model that can be made to the required size either from the ready-made collection or custom made according to your own shore and purpose of use. Alaska is a terrace pier, on the deck of which you can, for example, place a dining group and a grill.
